Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan's classic work The Demon-Haunted World describes this process—how it works, and why it is so important.Sagan was a truly remarkable individual. There has not since been, and there may never again be, a scientist who had the talent he had to both inform and inspire the public when it comes to science. My hope is that this book will one day be required reading for college students everywhere.
