Salary and rank are commensurate with experience. Salaries are based upon experience, education, and position responsibilities. When the University Libraries has graduate assistantships available, the library department works directly with the appropriate academic college to recruit potential applicants. We encourage you to visit your academic college's graduate student office for information on any available assistantships that would relate to your academic discipline.
