- Provides Electronic Reserve Services for University Park, World Campus, Beaver, Fayette, Great Valley, Greater Allegheny, Hazleton, Shenango, and Wilkes-Barre campuses.
- Coordinates the efforts of, and provides training and technical assistance to, E-Reserve Liaisons for Commonwealth Campuses that provide onsite E-Reserves.
- Provides reference support and technical assistance to faculty and course designers using electronic reserves including digital materials research and course readings management.
- HathiTrust Expert Copyright Reviewer and project co-lead for the HathiTrust Crown Copyright Project which determines the copyright status of government documents from crown copyright countries.
