The purpose of this fund shall be to provide a source of discretionary funds to support the needs and initiatives of the University Libraries, or successor entity. Expenditures shall be made in accordance with University policy and may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the purchase of books and materials, student and staff wages, preservation supplies and equipment, new technologies, and the support of special activities.
