The purpose of this fund shall be to enrich the University Libraries by providing support for the Open House program, or successor or similar program. In the event the Open House program is not held on a particular year, ceases to exist, or for any other reason does not need funding from this endowment, this fund may be used at the discretion of the Dean for Libraries and Scholarly Communications, or designee, to provide support for the programs and initiative of the University Libraries.
