The purpose of this fund shall be to support the University Libraries Textbook and Open Educational Resources Program, or successor/similar program, in the University Libraries by providing monies for the development and/or purchase of textbooks, resources, and materials with an emphasis on the Arts & Architecture and Liberal Arts curricula .
