To support and enhance the University Libraries by providing monies for the purchase of books, and other libraries materials or information-based products and services related to the University Libraries railroad collections; for the maintenance, support and enhancement of the University Libraries railroad collections; and, for the cataloguing, inventory, preservation and exhibition of the University Libraries railroad collections.
