The purpose of this endowment shall be to support and enhance the University Libraries by providing monies for the following: program activities in the specific area of Libraries information technology instruction; purchase of books and other libraries materials that support information technology instruction programs; purchase of databases, software, equipment, licenses, and other technologies needed to meet the information needs of University Libraries' users; and to fund training, research and development necessary for the implementation and management of information technology instruction programs.
