Just beyond the Corl Street School are these three identical cross-shaped apartment buildings. The apartments are wonderfully designed and feature the same living layout as found in Hajjar's single family homes, an open U-plan from living area to dining area to galley kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms are beyond.
The apartments have masonry floors and walls to deaden the sound between rooms. Each floor of each wing contains a single apartment facing counter-clockwise through sliding glass doors to a balcony. The opposing wall is mainly windowless. Thus there is a great sense of privacy, again as found in his homes.
