How do I borrow materials?
You must have both a My Library Account and an ILLiad account to borrow materials. Please remember to keep a current address in both accounts and choose World Campus as your campus and pickup location.
What can I request?
World Campus and Distance Researchers can request materials owned by Penn State by clicking “I Want It” in The CAT. For materials not owned by Penn State, click “Request” to order materials through E-ZBorrow or ILLiad.
How will items be delivered to me?
Books will be sent via UPS to the address in your account, but cannot be shipped outside North America. You can sign up for UPS My Choice to track UPS shipments.
Articles are delivered to your ILLiad account and are available for 30 days.
How do I go about returning my items?
You can return your items at any Penn State library or by mail to the ILL department at University Park. You are responsible for the shipping costs and for returning borrowed materials by the due date. Please wrap all items securely. Return items to the address below:
