After reading this book, I, once an ordinary employee who diligently followed instructions, realized that management systems themselves could be subject to reform. This book inspired me to envision an organization where employees are fully engaged, and I recognized that key prerequisites for achieving this include organizational democracy, employee voice, and purpose-driven experiments.
