I used this book for a graduate course on Electromagnetic Theory for a long time. It is thought that in the electrical engineering curriculum, electromagnetics is harder than circuit theory. In the introductory pages, Harrington gives a link between these two important subjects and provides a unified approach to easily understand the basic concepts of electromagnetic fields.Today there are several good books that treat this important subject in a more interesting manner. But I continue to believe that for a strong foundation, one has to refer to this book and later on, it can be supplemented with others.
