About Me

I am the Manager of Interlibrary Loan at Penn State University Libraries.

In this role,

  • I lead a department of 10 full-time staff and 4 part-time staff
  • Coordinate resource sharing activities to ensure efficient processing of all borrowing, lending, and document delivery requests
  • Collaborate with various departments and provide instructions and training to support teaching, research and learning at all Penn State campuses
  • Participate in various committees and outreach activities
  • Establish/maintain standards for interlibrary loan service
  • Assess, recommend, and implement new technologies
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, consortia, and participate in activities that advance knowledge of resource sharing practices
