Curbside Pickup

You can easily request library materials online using our “I Want It” feature and we will even deliver them to your car.

After you schedule your pick up time, park in our designated spot, give us a call (814-375-4756)  and we will bring your materials out to you.

Curbside pickup is available during the following hours: Monday – Friday: 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.

Reserve a seat in our classroom using our online reservation system.

Course Reserves

Textbooks that are part of our Course Reserves are available for checkout (for a 24-hour period) from the main desk in the library. Usage of print course reserves will be very limited in the fall semester, due to a mandated 96-hour quarantine between checkouts.

Rooms and Spaces

Computer Workstations

The library has computers for library research and general use. A scanner is also available.

Wireless Internet access is available in the library using your own laptop computer or one borrowed from the library. Please consult the Wireless Access on Campus page for more information.

Media Commons

Media Commons provides an opportunity for DuBois faculty and students to learn about creating digital media such as video and audio to positively impact their coursework. You will need your Penn State ID card to check out the Digital Commons  equipment from the Library Circulation Desk.

    • Printing only from Campus Library computers
    • Letter-size (8.5” by 11.5”) prints
    • Defaults to double-sided printing
    • Printing is FREE!

 

 

Textbooks and Reserves

Reserve items faculty select for specific classes are shelved at the Circulation desk. Most items are loaned for 24 hours. Be prepared to give the course number and name of your instructor. In order to borrow reserve materials, students must be registered with the library and present a Penn State ID. Materials will be quarantined for 96 hours upon return.

Equipment to Borrow

Laptop computers are available at the circulation desk for loan to registered students. Laptops are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved ahead of time.
