Center Scan Services
- 42-inch OCE scanner for scanning large map sheets
- This equipment is not available for public use; services must be requested through Center staff
- Use the Sanborn Request form to request digital copies from the Sanborn Map collection. All sheets in the collection have been scanned.
- Use the Map Scanning Request Form to request scans/prints of all other types of maps in the Penn State Libraries' collections.
Scanning Fees
- $10 per sheet (double-sided items count as 2 sheets)
- plus $15/hour processing fee if required for image clean-up or modification (billed in 15-minute increments)
- Digital map scans can be delivered on computer disc for an additional $5.00.
