The purpose shall be to enrich University Libraries at The Pennsylvania State University by providing monies to pay wages for a paid undergraduate internship that shall alternate annually (or at some other mutually agreed upon time-sharing) between two Special Collections units: Historical Collections and Labor Archives (HCLA) and Rare Books and Manuscripts.
