Larry and Ellen Foster Communications Librarian Endowment

The purpose of this endowment shall be to enrich the University Libraries, The Pennsylvania State University, by providing monies necessary to recruit and retain a librarian, The Foster Communications Librarian, who is renowned for sustained and outstanding academic achievement to provide library services tailored to communications students and faculty.
