Louis and Virginia Benzak Business Librarian

The purpose of this endowment is to enrich the University Libraries by providing monies necessary to recruit and retain a librarian, The Louis and Virginia Benzak Business Librarian, who is renowned for sustained and outstanding academic achievement to provide library services tailored to Business students and faculty. The Louis and Virginia Benzak Business Librarian would be responsible for: analyzing and assessing the information needs of the College, coordinating the purchase of materials to support academic programs, creating strong working relationships with faculty in the College and related disciplines, and providing instruction and reference services to help students locate and evaluate information.
